One of the main challenges in people who struggle with addictive patterns is a lack of the ability to pause. Often when there is a stimulus like a craving or an emotional trigger, they are not able to pause long enough to make a healthy choice. Through the Mindful Recovery Program you will develop skills that expand the space between stimulus and response. You will learn to pause, bring awareness to the situation and then act instead of react.

Group series (6 weeks): $150 ($25 per session)
