KIMBERLY LONG

Kimberly is a mom to a 6th grader at Sarasota Military Academy Prep. Her son is her inspiration to offer Social Emotional Learning programs as she wanted to teach him life skills that go beyond the academic classrooms.  She holds a degree in Social Sciences where she concentrated on Communication Disorders and Special Education. Her previous job roles include both working as a substitute teacher and child welfare case manager.  She is a Play Attention Provider  as well as a Laughter Yoga Leader. She is presently completing the year-long certification program through Mindful Schools and hold a current certification in CPR/First-Aid
