Lily Myers, MA, LMHC
Lily was introduced to mindfulness in 1989 when she attended an MBSR teacher training with Jon Kabat-Zinn at the Center for Mindfulness in Worcester, MA. Since then she has been teaching mindfulness-based programs, including MBSR and Mindfulness, Food, and Body Image, a program for women that focuses on mindful eating. Lily is a retired mental health counselor.
