Online QiGong With Nancy
Qigong practice may be described as moving meditation, with coordinated slow flowing movement, deep rhythmic breathing, and a focused meditative state of mind. Qigong is now practiced throughout China and worldwide for recreation, exercise, relaxation, disease prevention, self-healing, meditation and self cultivation. No prior Qigong experience required.
Due to Social Distancing we are only doing online QiGong at this time.
Online Qigong classes are being held on Thursday mornings, 10 – 11am and Tuesday evenings, 7 - 8pm. This moving meditation practice is very relaxing and easy to follow. It can be done sitting or standing and doesn’t require strength, flexibility, or balance.
No Class on Thursday, June 4.
