Tai Chi Easy™
Tai Chi Easy™ is a blend of simple medical Qigong techniques with carefully chosen Tai Chi exercises that are accessible to anyone, from the very fit to those confined to wheelchairs or recovering from surgery. As you move, you breathe deeply and naturally, focusing your attention — just as you do in mindfulness meditation — on breath and bodily sensations.
Online Classes Only
This class is for anyone who has previously participated in Nancy’s Tai Chi Easy classes. There will be an opportunity to practice together on Zoom. The focus will be on practicing together. Instruction will be limited, so it would be somewhat challenging for people completely new to the practice.

Tai Chi Easy combines the best of Tai Chi and Qigong. If you have been curious about Tai Chi then this class is an "Easy" place to start. It is "Easy" in the way that it is introduced--first learning 9 upper body movements in isolation, then practicing Tai Chi walking separate from the arm movements, and then combining the upper body movements with walking. Tai Chi Easy is practiced more like Qigong--fewer movements, with repetition.
