Yi Jin Jing—A Classic Qigong Form


Yi Jin Jing Qigong is a classic mind-body practice consisting of 12 postures that include subtle contractions of

muscles coordinated with breath. It has many reported benefits, including:

Nurture tendons, muscles, bones, ligaments, and fascia

Develop fast reflexes

Develop courage

Clear deep-rooted emotional blockages

Wonderful for spiritual cultivation

Drop-in classes are offered twice a month on the 2nd Saturdays and 4th Sundays

Class suspended until further notice.

                March 22, 12:30pm-1:30pm

                April 11,    11:00am-12:00 noon 

                April 26,    12:30pm-1:30pm

                May 9,       11:00am-12:00 noon

                May 24,     12:30pm-1:30pm

                June 13,    11:00am-12:00 noon

WHERE: Reeb Room, UU Church

COST:    $10 per class,  UU Church members $5 per class

Free Introductory Class on Saturday, February 15, 11:00am - 12:30pm
