Mindful Movement with Yoga Nidra
Yoga Nidra, also known as ‘yogic sleep’, is an ancient yogic practice of healing and relaxation. The teacher facilitates and induces relaxation for students through guided meditation. The practice of yoga Nidra helps to release physical tension and slow the breath, which in turn, slows the heartbeat down enough to establish a calm body and mind. Engaging in this type of yoga helps improve quality of sleep and manage chronic pain.
