Our number one priority is the health and well-being of our community. As a conservative precautionary measure we are going to be cancelling all scheduled programming starting tomorrow March 13 - April 30th. This means we will be cancelling the following:

We offer drop-in meditation groups every Wednesday at 6:00pm and Friday at 12:00pm at the UU Church. These include introductions, lightly guided meditations and discussion.
On the third Friday of the month we will be hosting one-on-one sessions with our SMI meditation teachers after Friday noon sit, to discuss your practice. Questions and general comments are welcomed.
