Our number one priority is the health and well-being of our community. As a conservative precautionary measure we are going to be cancelling all scheduled programming starting tomorrow March 13 - April 30th. This means we will be cancelling the following:

Weekly Wednesday and Friday Sits
Introduction to Mindfulness Course
March 28th Retreat

Our hope is that with collective community effort, we are able to keep everyone healthy and safe.
Thank you for your cooperation and ongoing support. We look forward to seeing you soon!

Meditation Weekly Sittings

We offer drop-in meditation groups every Wednesday at 6:00pm and Friday at 12:00pm at the UU Church. These include introductions, lightly guided meditations and discussion.

On the third Friday of the month we will be hosting one-on-one sessions with our SMI meditation teachers after Friday noon sit, to discuss your practice. Questions and general comments are welcomed.

Next Brown Bag Fri., May 1, 2020.

Share in Mindful Camaraderie
Every First Friday bring your own brown-bag lunch after the Noon Meditation. Let's gather and enjoy one another's company, get to know some of the folks you meditate with, and learn more about SMI.

"Never mind what I have been taught.  Forget about theories and prejudices and stereotypes.  I want to understand the true nature of life.  I want to know what this experience of being alive really is.  I want to apprehend the true and deeper qualities of life; and I don't want to just accept somebody else's explanation.  I want to see it for myself."         - Bhante G
